Limitations of Use ~ The boat must only be used on designated waterways. ~ Overnight mooring must be in safe and legal locations. ~ No subletting or commercial use is permitted.	Insurance ~ The boat is insured for hire use. ~ Insurance does not cover personal belongings or personal injury. ~ Hirers are advised to arrange their own travel insurance.
Responsibilities of the Hirer ~ Must be at least 21 years old. ~ Must comply with all navigation rules and safety instructions. ~ Must not operate the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs. ~ Must return the boat in the same condition as received (excl fair wear & tear). ~ Must report any damage or loss immediately.	Responsibilities of the Company ~ Provide a fully equipped and operational boat. ~ Offer a handover briefing including safety and navigation. ~ Be available for emergency contact during the hire period.
