Hire Agreement
~ The boat must only be used on designated waterways
~ Overnight mooring must be in safe and legal locations
~ No subletting or commercial use is permitted
~ The boat is insured for hire use
~ Insurance does not cover personal belongings or personal injury
~ Hirers are advised to arrange their own travel insurance
~ Must be at least 21 years old
~ Must comply with all navigation rules and safety instructions
~ Must not operate the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs
~ Must return the boat in the same condition as received
(excl fair wear & tear)
~ Must report any damage or loss immediately
~ Provide a fully equipped and operational boat
~ Offer a handover briefing including safety and navigation
~ Be available for emergency contact during the hire period
